Jacob is 4!

We no longer have a 3.5 year-old in our house. As of November 16th, Jacob is officially 4 years old. He's very proud of this and will often tell strangers that he is 4 now. You'd think that he would realize that he doesn't feel much different now than he did last month (when he was a mere 3.5 year old), but evidently, it feels pretty good to be 4.

He was excited to move into the 4's class at church and when we went to his pre-school the next week, he decided he needed to move into the 4-year-old class at there too. He didn't understand that you can't just move classes at school as soon as you had a birthday.

After many celebrations (cupcakes at school, family dinner at Pappasito's, pirate party, grandparents and cousins coming into town, etc.) Jacob is now adjusted to life as a 4-year-old.
